Cancellation & Refund Policy

Akhila Bharateeya AyyappaDharma PracharaSabha (“ABAP”, "us", "we", "our", trust) believes in helping its donors as much as possible, and therefore has a liberal cancellation and refund policy or its users.

Cancellation policy:

• After you have made a donation, you may cancel it within 24 hours. Kindly send an email to abap.national@gmail.com with ‘Cancellation Request’ in the subject and giving complete details of the transaction (transaction reference, date, amount donated, donor’s mobile number, account number and IFSC code or UPI from which the donation was made) in order for us to process your request for cancellation.  Amount will be returned to the same account from which it was donated, minus transaction charges levied by the bank and payment gateway if any.

•  We will not be able to entertain a request for cancellation for donations made for the ‘one day’ programs.

Refund policy:

For any reason, if you are not entirely happy with your donation or if have entered a wrong amount or for the wrong purpose, you are permitted to interchange the purpose or else if you want refund of your donation amount either partly or fully, we will issue a refund, less a nominal transaction cost payable to the payment gateway service provider. 

• To request a refund, simply contact us with your transaction details within 7 [seven] days of your donation. Please send an email to abap.national@gmail.com giving complete details of the transaction (your name, mobile number, transaction number, account number and IFSC or UPI from which you did the transaction) and we will process the refund. 

• Optionally tell us why you are requesting a refund. We take donor’s feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our quality of service. Kindly allow us 21 days to process your refund request.

• We are unable to process any refunds for any donations made in kind like rice, vegetable, groceries, clothes, furniture etc. as these cannot be identified easily.
